Brook Barn Farm - closed while they look for larger premises?

West Ilsey and East Ilsey:

This pair of villages are two or three Km south of the Ridgeway, so require a bit of a detour to reach.

Locking:

Locking Kiln Farm (29 Km). Three miles south of Wantage, just off the B4494. April 2016: HAS STOPPED PROVIDING ACCOMODATION. National Trails page.

Wantage:

If you're waiting for a bus in Wantage in the Market Place, the King Alfred's Head (Bar and Bistro) is a nice place to wait. They will (by arrangment) accept bags for people who are walking the Ridgeway, if you stop there for lunch.
